I originally bought this palette for Valentine’s Day. Romantic Eye palette is the first palette i have purchased from Too Faced’s collection & I am in love with it. The packaging is elegant with pink & white flowers, gold outlining & beautiful print. With all Too Faced palettes they come with 3 look cards to create a classic, day or fashion look. In the palette there are 3 (.06 oz) highlighter eye shadows & 6 (.03 oz) eyeshadows, all of which compliment each other beautifully. The eyeshadows have a silky texture that apply smoothly, blends with grace, have an amazing color pay off & last longer than most other eye shadows I have used. Also the names of the shades have wedding type names. The metallic colors, “Cut the Cake, Honeymoon & Ever After” kind of flake off when you dip a brush into them but thats probably due to the dry formula used to create them. “I Do & Bouquet Toss” are semi-sheer compared to the rest of the colors in the palette. My favorite color out of the Romantic Eye palette definitely are “Ever After” & “Cut the Cake”. These colors are perfect for everyday & wedding day wear. They compliment every eye color & skin tone. The only thing that’s a little off is the look cards. The color placement would differ for different eye shapes & would have to be personally customized.
